The Magnolia Gourmet
Country House is owned and operated by Kim and Christian
Bergmoser who have over 15 years experience in hospitality. Kim
runs the front of house and Christian, a fully qualified chef,
the catering aspect of the Magnolia.
Their three
young sons are also a great help with the running of the house.
Austrian born
Christian arrived In Australia in 1984 for his first of 7 winter
seasons on Mt. Buller at hotel Pension Grimus, where he met his
New Zealand born wife Kim.
